Once received, your office will be provided with a referral confirmation fax as well as any applicable status updates - including cancelation or delay of testing by the patient.

Direct Sleep Care does not participate with insurance, allowing for lower costs and less red tape. Our $175 self pay rate is all-inclusive with no hidden fees or bills later.

Our Home Sleep Apnea Test is shipped directly to your patient’s front door. The two (2) night test measures multiple channels with accurate and reliable results which are manually scored by licensed Polysomnographic Technologists and review by Board Certified Sleep Physicians.

Results are available within two (2) business days of our office receiving the device back from the patient. When results are ready a copy will be faxed to your office.

Should the patient be diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, the faxed results will include a pre-populated order for AutoCPAP therapy with all settings and configurations properly marked. You may forward the signed order to the equipment provider of your choosing.
