Your Home Sleep Apnea Test arrives at your door via UPS.

Review the online resources and FAQs to start your Home Sleep Apnea Test. Complete two full nights over the next four (4) calendar days before returning it to the nearest UPS Store.

Return the device using the pre-paid return label provided in the box. We always recommend asking for a receipt from the UPS Store confirming they have scanned it in.

You will receive a text and email notification when your results are ready. A copy of the results and recommendations will be sent to your referring provider and available via your patient portal.
