HOME SLEEP APNEA TESTING.

  • We have received and processed the referral from your healthcare provider for your Home Sleep Apnea Test. You will receive a text and email with the link to complete your order and patient paperwork online.

  • You will complete your order details online including your mailing address, contact information, and payment submission. You’ll then be directed to your online patient paperwork which includes your Sleep Questionnaire. Home Sleep Apnea Tests will not be shipped until all patient paperwork and orders are fully completed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation when the Home Sleep Apnea Test is on its way. Tracking numbers are included along with links to helpful online resources and FAQs.

  • Your Home Sleep Apnea Test arrives at your door.

  • Review the online resources and FAQs to start your Home Sleep Apnea Test. Complete two full nights over the next four days before returning it to the nearest UPS Store.

  • Return the device using the pre-paid return label provided in the box. We always recommend asking for a receipt from the UPS Store confirming they have scanned it in.

  • You will receive a text and email notification when your results are ready. A copy of the results and recommendations will be sent to your referring provider and available via your patient portal.
