ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Direct Sleep Care, LLC (“DSC”) processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. If you need your order expedited or you have further questions about our hours of operation, please email our team at hello@directsleepcare.org so that our team can assist you with your request.
Destination Limitations

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
DSC offers standard shipping within the continental United States on all Home Sleep Apnea Tests. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically will arrive to you within 1-7 business day(s) from the date in which the order leaves our facility. Standard shipping times will vary depending on where you are located.
Expedited Shipping
DSC offers expedited shipping. Expedited shipping rates vary based on location and expected delivery date. Expedited shipping is paid for by the patient.
Receiving Your Order
DSC works directly with UPS for delivery of all orders. Due to circumstances outside of our control when working with third-party carriers, DSC cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number from the respective carrier and you will be provided with said tracking number at the time of shipment.

Changes and Cancellations
Because of our promise to process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible, if you need to make a correction or cancel and order, please email our team at hello@directsleepcare.org.
Prescription Required
Most testing available through DSC requires the order from a medical professional. DSC will also work directly with your health care provider to obtain a copy of your prescription on your behalf.
Return Policy
DSC strives to exceed your expectations in everything we do. Once delivered testing services are considered rendered and a refund will not be issued. Testing equipment is subject to a Return Agreement that outlines the process and expectations for timely return of testing equipment.
