HOME SLEEP APNEA TEST - $175.00

Direct Sleep Care has received a referral from your healthcare provider for your two-night Home Sleep Apnea Test. The purpose of this test is to diagnose or rule out Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

Your Home Sleep Apnea Test will be delivered to your front door, no appointment or in-lab visit necessary! Here’s how it works:

  1. Click the ORDER NOW button below.

  2. Complete your online patient forms and confirmation of payment method via DocuSign.

  3. The testing device will ship next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with the UPS Tracking Number and estimated delivery date.

  4. From the date of delivery, you will have five (5) calendar days to complete the two-nights of testing.

  5. Return your testing device to your nearest UPS Store using the pre-paid return label inside the box.

  6. Our team will review the data and send the results to your referring healthcare provider. We will also inform you when results are ready.
